How to register a Partnership firm in Rajasthan :-  



                                                  
                                              Registration of firm is very easy nowadays because of Digital India. Prior to Digital India, there was a lot of time and cost to register the firm. ( you very well know why I am saying this)

First keep the following document scanned/Ready.
1. All partner's aadhar number.(updated mobile no.)
2. All Partner Scan signature, Residence Ward No, Mob. no. and Email Id
3.


Now step by step we know how the firm is registered.

1. go to sso site ( https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin )



2. sign up with sso
 ( you know how to sign up , We pay attention to important Point )



3. Login with your id and password (sso)


4. click on Partnership firm reg.





5. after click on partner ship , This screen will show , click on menu..







6.  now click on NEW FIRM REGISTRATION (FORM A)

    This screen will show



fill following details

A.  Applicant type
   Authorized person or Partner 
                                             I recommend partner 

 enter partner Aadhaar Number and validate  . 

          after validate This screen will show



 B.  fill Firm Details

C.  Fill Partner aadhaar number & validate
                                                      after validate This screen will show





check box and click on OTP




& Send OTP

after enter all details of partner disply




Follow this process for all partners



7. After add all partner this Screen show






fill following details.

> Name of witness           - Notary Advocate Name
> destination of witness   - Notary
>  Address
>  reg no of advocate ( see on notary rubber stamp )
> sign of advocate ( scan sign. from partnership deed)
> Witness signature with seal
scan this formate


Pay & Submit



8. check status




9. After Certificated issued Download

        Click on View/ Action



Normally Certified issue within 5 Working Days
